Reviews
Very conveniently located hotel with some parking on site. There is also ample street parking in the P2 and P1 areas. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The rooms are quite small with not much room for luggage out moving around. The bathroom is tiny with not much room for toiletries. However this is very normal for Europe. The hotel was relatively quiet. Loved the walkability to ask the attractions downtown.
Friendly staff, lovely rooms and parking close by. Had no complains with this hotel, stayed 2 nights as part of our trip around Iceland. Was very close and central in Reykjavík and everything you need is within walking distance. The only very minor thing for me was the choice of breakfast items in the breakfast dining area but this is due to my personal opinion just wished there was more of a selection. Apart from that this hotel still deserves 5 stars from me!
Fantastic hotel, bathrooms little small but clean. Very helpful staff. Would stay again
Great hotel, I got a good price and I’m very happy. Yes, the water smells of sulfur, yes it is a wet bathroom, yes it looks like a Super 8 hotel. The thing is, that is Iceland and many other places in Europe look like this. It is set to European standards and not US standards. It is an excursion vacation not a beach vacation. You can’t bet the location and the breakfast in the hotel is a full meal and awesome. It is central to everything and usually you spend little time in the hotel for you are on long excursions to see the many sites of Iceland. If you are not up for adventure, the hotel and Iceland may not be the place for you.
Lovely hotel with great customer service. The receptionists were really friendly and always willing to help with stamps, pens, taxis, etc. The chef was nice and cheery, which made breakfast a great start to the day!
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The blackout curtains were very helpful at this time of year with so many sunlight hours in a day. The free hotel parking was limited but you are made aware of that at check-in …
Small and a little basic but perfectly clean and comfortable. Good location in centre of Reykjavik and a good breakfast selection.
Had a lovely stay here. Rooms fresh and clean. Reception staff so friendly and helpful
